Vulcon started as a small crew doing concrete and waterproofing repairs across Sydney strata schemes. What set us apart early was refusing to quote a job before understanding what was actually causing the defect — a habit that's stayed with us as we've grown into full-scope restoration and commercial maintenance.
Today we work across residential, strata, commercial and investment property, but the approach hasn't changed: inspect properly, quote transparently, and do the work in a way that doesn't need revisiting in eighteen months.
